Full-Arch Implant Evaluation

If you have been told you may need all of your upper or lower teeth replaced, a periodontal evaluation can help you understand every option, including which teeth, if any, could be preserved.

An evaluation, not a sales consultation

Full-arch treatment is a significant decision. Our evaluation reviews the condition of each tooth, the gums and bone, your medical history, and your goals. We then explain options that may include periodontal treatment to keep some teeth, implant-supported overdentures, or a fixed implant bridge.

Questions to bring

  • Which teeth can be kept, and for how long?
  • What are the fixed and removable options, and how do they differ in maintenance?
  • Who will make the final teeth, and how will the work be coordinated?
  • What does long-term maintenance involve?
